We advise our customers to first try FREE DEMO Version of the software before its purchaseto assess the performance of the application. You can directly download the trial version from our site and analyze the utility completely.
The demo edition will help you in determining the level to which your software is useful for you. If there is a difference between the outputs of demo and full version, you can move towards the refund consideration process.
Note:
Refund is applicable in a situation when the DEMO Version of the software shows different features and the Full licensed version fail to do that.
Before the refund, you can discuss with our technical support to try first and resolve the problem in every possible way.
- In case, our software failed to provide you the required result, so you can execute the Refund Policy process and can send your queries to our support team to check your file and send you the solution. The files you send to our support team will remain confidential and once the solution is sent to the customer, we dispose of these files. We apologize for the inconvenience.
- If our experts fail to resolve your issue then we refund you the purchase price (excluding Shipping/Tax/Commission) within 30 days of purchase.
We must receive your Return Policy mail within 30 days of purchase to process your application. We provide a refund within 30 days. Once your return is processed, we will send you an email with all the refund details.
Conditions that must be true for refund

- Sudden unexpected delay
- If you have purchased the wrong software
- If the software is not compatible with the platform you are working with
- If the basic requirements are not supported by the machine and you are unable to use the software
- Any problem related to operating the software
Refund will not be processed in the following cases
- If the software becomes unsuccessful to execute the process promised and likewise other software in the market to execute the same process, then the refund will not be initiated.
- Without testing the demo version, directly applied for the license version
- If any migration or recovery process is performed 30% successfully by the software, then the refund can’t be claimed.
