How to Import EML to Google Mail account freely using WholeClear Software?

Choose EML file format

• After launching this software, you will see a window with several popular file formats. From them, you need to choose ‘EML file format(.eml)’ option. Then, press the ‘Next’ button.

Browse EML files

After this, you need to add the desired EML files. For this, you will see these options:

• Select Multiple EML File(s)
• Select Multiple EML File(s)

Select Multiple EML files:Use this option when you have multiple EML files saved at various locations & folders.

Select a folder of EML files:Go for this option when all EML files are stored in a single folder.

Now, you need to use the ‘Browse’ button which asks you to load EML files.

• After loading EML files, check the files on your screen. Then, you will get the ‘Add More Files’ button. Click on it if you want to browse more EML files.
• Then, tap on the ‘Next’ button and this will take you to the next step.

Choose ‘Export to IMAP account’ option

• In this step, pick the option ‘Export to IMAP account’ from the provided ones. Thereafter, place the mouse pointer to the ‘Next’ button to move ahead.

Enter Gmail account details

• This is the last step where you need to authenticate your Gmail account by providing these details: Host address, email address, and password. Then, hit the ‘Authenticate User’ button. If everything works fine, then it will provide a message of successful authentication.
• Then, pick any folder or make a new folder in your Google account to import EML data files.
• Now, you will see a ‘Date Filter’ option. Mark it and provide dates in the ‘From’ and ‘To’ boxes, if you want to filter EML files to import to your Google account.

• Finally, hit the ‘Start Uploading’ button and in a few minutes, EML files are successfully imported to your Google account. Check complete information of this migration under the process and error log heads.
